Pre-Weekend Update

Greetings Friends,
Paul Burks here.  Just a few items I wanted to chat about before the weekend.
First, ALL IS WELL in Zeekland. That isn’t to say that we are not having our share of challenges and that things are clearly taking longer than we wish they were, but OVERALL, it’s all good.
I just had a great conversation with our account manager over at Payza (formerly Alert Pay). We and they are both aware that many of the payments that were made to our affiliates on Monday were repeated on Tuesday, so some of you were paid twice. If this happened to you, please do not take any action like reversing the payment back to us. They are running scripts at that end to pull the overpayments back. If you have already sent the money back and you see that it has been pulled back anyway, just sit tight. They are aware of the situation and it will be corrected. Please do not submit tickets about it until we have a chance to correct everything.
Dan Olivares, our chief programmer, has spent the past several days working on major improvements to our site’s security, so if you encounter any pages that are not working correctly just try again a bit later. In case you are still using a password like 123456 or using your username or first name as a password, please IMMEDIATELY change it to something difficult to guess, not a dictionary word, amd use numbers and letters with upper and lower case. Otherwise, I can almost promise you that your account will be hijacked. You would never give your ATM card and PIN number to a stranger, right? Treat your Zeek password with the same security.
I am also expecting to be able to restore nxPay as a payment option in the next few days. As with most things, these issues have taken a bit longer to resolve than we expected, but we’re almost there.
For those of you who live in the USA, I hope that you had a wonderful Fourth of July! The weather in North Carolina is HOT but Zeek is even HOTTER!!

Sub Renewals are A “GO!”

HELLO FINE PEOPLE!!  We’re very excited to give you the news that the subscription renewal runs will begin tonight and tomorrow!  As this is going to be a very large run and will take quite some time (weeks) to process and finish…we are going to have to do this in a systematic and specific way in order to get it all done right…and in a way that makes our banking and eWallet partners happy.
  • First, this weeks monthly subscription renewals will run as a normal renewals run on Sat or Sunday.
  • Second, a special “claw-back” page is being created for all past-due subscriptions and will be linked to each affiliate.
  •      All available eWallets and credit cards will be allowed for payment of the past due months
  •      All active affiliates will have 30 days to pay their past due subscription payments in full with full continuity of service.
     

NXPay Issues & Resolutions

Hello fine people!  I made a quick announcement on dd’s call tonight but in case you missed it…here goes:
It has come to our attention that there are Zeek affiliates who are attempting to log-in to their NXPay accounts with their ZEEK usernames instead of their NXPay usernames…and this simply wont work.  You are sent your NXPay username by email upon registration and it is usually comprised of your first initial and last name.  If you enter the wrong username and password 3 times in a row…you will be locked out of your NXPay account until you contact Zeek (either by posting your Zeek username, NXPay username and your First and Last Name – into the comments section below) – or by sending in a ZR Affiliate Services ticket with “NxPay Login/Locked-Out” as the issue type, with the same information.
NXPay is NOT set up to manage thousands of incoming calls per day so they are allowing all calls to roll to voicemail.  USHBB is almost finished with their NXPay instructional video.  If you would like to check it out PRIOR to the voice track – feel free:  www.yougetpaidtoadvertise.com/NXPay.aspx
If you have an issue with NXPay set up – an “NXPay set up’ issue type is being created in your affiliate services form – however AS will simply send you the instructional video above and the link to any other existing written materials (that you already have access to.)
If you have a check you need reissued (with the only options available currently being NXPay, AlertPay or SolidTrustPay) – please submit an affiliate service ticket ONLY with the issue type “Check Re-Issuance”.  If you submit it with ANY OTHER ISSUE TYPE in the drop down…it will not be found in our search criteria.  HELP US…HELP YOU. :)
We are coding in a permanent NXPay choice soon – so you will only need to follow the steps during claw backs for a week or two longer before you will be able to choose NXPay permenantly and once and for all.

Processing Delays…Please Use eWallets

Hello fine people.  We are currently awaiting our last phase in processing expansion and will be experiencing an outage in credit card processing through Thursday.  We have experienced such a massive boom that our current processing relationships could not hold us over for the additional time and so…we wait for Thursday in Asia and that is that.  Please use any and all eWallets and alternative payment methods.  Due to these ongoing issues it is highly recommended that all 3 eWallets be in full use and that any and all subscribers who’s cards have not yet been charged switch their credit card options to eWallets for the sake of expediency and uninterrupted business flow.

You can find all of your eWallet options in the Getting Started Guide of your ZeekRewards back office.
 We’ll keep you posted on any new developments as we have them.

ZeekRewards Access Issues Temporary Solution & Daily Awards

Hello fine people.  We realize there are a great many people who are struggling to get onto ZeekRewards currently that are attempting to place ads and are dealing with access issues.  As our IT team is investigating and working with our partners to create the solutions to these issues – we are running reports as to who the users are that traditionally advertise daily that are not currently posting their links in their back offices.  We will be re-running awards for the past few days for all of our faithful affiliates who are currently struggling with these access issues – so those of you who are advertising but are unable to post your ad links into your back offices, fear not…we’re on it.

So…why is this happening?
Our IT team has partnered with companies to stop the attacks we’ve been experiencing (which is why many have experienced a full fix and others have found themselves locked out of the site).  The fix has blocked some (not most) of our affiliates from ZeekRewards and we are now in the process of fixing the fix :) .  In the mean-time…we’re going to be sure that (as long as you are still advertising) – you still receive your daily awards for doing so.
